Your Role:respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels;provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support;maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions;escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed;collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets;manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction;review and provide feedback on help content; What We Are Looking For:proficient in Norwegian and English, both oral and written;previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
